The Greyhound bus station is centrally located Downtown on North Pearl St. Jacksonville also features a monorail service. The JTA Skyrail has seven stops and crosses over the St. Johns to San Marco.

Art walk is a great way to experience the shopping, dining and culture of the Bold City's downtown. Central to the Art Walk is Jacksonville's Museum of Modern Art. Once a month downtown hosts street vendors, musicians and businesses to really shine. When your done with the culture portion of the Art walk its time for dinner and drinks around the Downtown Core.

Parking is metered on the street as well as several parking garages and lots. The City is also unveiling a Downtown parking app to show where open spots are and to allow payment for parking from credit and debit cards. This app only covers 6 blocks, but there are plans to roll it out from its starting point.

East of Downtown is EverBank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Surrounded by the Jacksonville Fairgrounds, Civic Center, and the home of the Jacksonville Suns, any sports fan will do well to visit here. Right off I-95 as well as the Arlington Expressway getting to the games is easy. Parking can come at a premium though.

The Landing is a great place to watch the game from. Featuring plenty of options for food and drink as well as a little light shopping, the Landing offers plenty of fun right on the St James Riverfront. A heads up, the Landing will get very busy on big game days. Parking is easy if you are willing to pay at the attached parking garage. Despite the hustle and bustle of the Landing, the view over the St Johns river and the large outdoor areas to enjoy your meal or beverage in more than make the trip Downtown.

The nightlife in Downtown Jacksonville has been on the rise with an influx of new local restaurants and bars. Many of them are within walking distance of the Florida Theater, a great venue for many large and small music acts from around the world. Check out the many art galleries while you enjoy an after dinner stroll.
